Ralph W. Stegall, 88, Russellville, Alabama passed away April 4 at Burns Nursing Home.
He lived all his life in Franklin County and was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church.
The funeral will be Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville with Andy Cansler and Billy Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
Survivors include wife, Vernon F. Stegall; daughter, Jimmie Nell Pinkard, both of Russellville, Alabama; sisters, Agnes Garrison, Phil Campbell, Alabama, Jearldeen Rea, Boaz, Alabama; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
He was preceded in death by parents, Hasten and Pearl Stegal.
Pinkard Funeral Home Russellville will be directing.
Ray Scott
April 3, 2008
Ray Leveral Scott, age 62, of Russellville, died Thursday, April 3, 2008.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 5, 2008 with Bro. Keith Prince and Bro. Ty Wells officiating the service Burial will be in the Gargis Cemetery in Lawrence County.
Pallbearers for the service will include Bob Stickley, Kip Wells, Oliver Franklin, Scotty Jackson, Patrick DeVaney, and Jorge Rohena.
Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Loyce Ray Scott; grandparents, Henry and Lula Scott, Eddie and Susie Demastus; and brother, James Hoyt Scott.
Mr. Scott is survived by sons, Darrell Scott (Becky) of Florence, Jason Scott (Cassie) of Huntsville; daughter, Robin Pruitt of Florence; sisters, Faylene (Bob) Stickley, Linda Malone, Wanda Wells; special friend, Dorothy Okelly of Petersville; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
