Betty Ruth Serviss

Betty Ruth Serviss, 82, Hartselle, formerly of Russellville, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013, at Columbia Cottage in Hartselle.

A graveside service was held Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Knights of Pythias Cemetery, Russellville. Officiating at the service was Bro. Melvin Wilson.

She is survived by her children, Steve Duke and wife, Leah, Donna Boggs and husband, Ronnie, Louie Duke and wife, Patricia, seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Martha Dameron, Doris Terranova, Ann Saint, Sue King, Linda DeVaney, Melvin Wilson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Serviss; parents, Forney and Hattie Mae Wilson; siblings, Velma Cassell, Flora Lyons, Travis Wilson and Billy Wilson.
