Carroll Edward Johnson

Carroll Edward Johnson, Phil Campbell, passed away at his home Feb. 3 at the age of 72.
Born in Maryland, Mr. Johnson was a self-employed roofer and had lived in Alabama the past 10 years, after moving from Florida. He was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church, Phil Campbell.
Graveside services for Mr. Johnson will be at Lawler Chapel Cemetery Feb. 6 at 2 p.m. Officiating will be Adam Pharr.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, M. Lee Johnson, and his children, Mark Johnson, Carl Johnson, Carol Lee Johnson, Robert Johnson and Jewell Johnson, all of Florida, and Sue Jackson of North Carolina. He was also the grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents, Hobart Mullins and Mary Elizabeth Johnson.
