Perry W. Whitlock

Perry W. Whitlock, 73, of Russellville, passed away Oct. 17 at Russellville Hospital.

Perry was retired from Reynolds Metal. He was a member of Littleville Church of Christ.

Perry had a wonderful sense of humor and took care of everyone he loved. He was an animal lover, and everyone who knew him will miss him.

His visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 21 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Jarrod Helms officiating the service. Burial will be at Ramsey Cemetery.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents, William Eugene and Nettie Bea (Jeffreys) Whitlock; brother, Billy Whitlock; sister-in-law, Bobby Nell Whitlock; and grandchildren, Angel and Nicholas.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 28 years, Bobbie Whitlock; children Robin Hopkins (Shane), Angela Holden (Keith), Tina Baker (Tom), step-children, Trina Rhea (Mitch), Deana Fretwell and Gina Schmidt (Kevin); 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother Gene Howard Whitlock (Wonell); several nieces and nephews; and special four-legged friend, Sassy.

The pallbearers will be Mitch Rhea, Justin McAfee, Shane Hopkins, Tom Baker, Tracy Whitlock and Kevin Clement.

The family would like to say a sincere thanks to the nurses and staff of DaVita Dialysis of Russellville for their love and care.
