RHS Musical Theatre presents Disney’s ‘Moana Jr.’

Audiences will find “there’s just no telling how far they’ll go” when Russellville High School Musical Theatre brings its next big production to the stage this weekend.

RHS Musical Theatre students will present Disney’s “Moana Jr.” March 25 at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and March 27 at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the Russellville City Schools Auditorium.

Theatre-goers will follow Moana as she sails the Pacific seeking to save her village and discover the truth about her heritage.

The production is a 60-minute musical adaptation of the 2016 Disney animated film of the adventures of Moana and her village of Motunui and features songs from the film including “How Far I’ll Go,” “Shiny” and “You’re Welcome.”

Pre-sale tickets are $5 for school-age and older. They may be purchased at the door, the RHS office or from a member of the cast or crew.
