Minnie Bell McGee, 84, Phil Campbell, passed away Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013.

The visitation will be 12 – 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Jim Lumpkin. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, East Franklin.

She is survived by her son, Toney McGee; daughter, Virginia Potter; grandchildren, Rose Hall, Sheila Bradley, Theresa McGee, Robert McGee, Garrick McGee, Larry Melton, Jr., Ronnie O’Kelley; great-grandchildren, Marina Black, Shawn Hall, Skyler Hall, Lee McGee, Hannah McGee, Alicia McGee, Laken Melton, Nathan Melton, Waylon Melton; sister, Bonnie Blanton; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McGee; sons, Robert Lewis McGee, Gordie “Frankie” Lee McGee; parents, Redge and Carrie Montgomery; brothers, Robert Montgomery, John Montgomery, Charlie Montgomery; sisters, Edna Montgomery, Eva Dale Green and Estelle Skidmore.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Alacare for their care of our family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made towards the funeral expense.
