Walter Wilson, age 74, of Russellville, passed away Dec. 16 at Red Bay Hospital.

The visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Dec. 20 at Spry Memorial Chapel with the funeral following at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Keith Prince. Burial will be at Belgreen Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by longtime companion, Barbara King; grandson, Rodney Gross; parents, Bryant and Ethel (Welch) Wilson; and siblings, J.D. Wilson, Billy Wilson and Carolyn Sue Hutcheson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Wanda Carr and husband Dale, Connie West and husband Bryon and Dennis Wilson; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Johnny Wilson; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Red Bay Hospital for the love and care of our dad.
