Bonnie Lea Hill Steen of Meridian and Tony Manthey of Destin, Fla., were married Friday, May 9, 2003, at the home of the bridegroom's parents in Destin, with the Rev. Jim Grabo officiating.
Parents of the couple are Buddy and Minnie Dickerson and Tommy Smith, all of Meridian, and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Manthey of Destin.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Tony Anderson and Emily Ketchum.
The bride and bridegroom were given in marriage by their children, Adrean Sanders and Kayla Steen, daughters of the bride, and Eric and David Manthey, sons of the bridegroom.
The bride wore an ivory satin gown with a beaded scoop neckline that flowed into a full-length skirt.
A reception was held at the home of the bridegroom's parents following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple resides in Destin.
