Dennis and Shirley Sollie of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana, to Chad Casey, son of Jimmy and Kathy Casey of Olive Branch.
The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003, at 6 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Sollie is the granddaughter of Hiram and Nell Sollie, and George and Sara Long, all of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received bachelor's degree in graphic design and photography from Mississippi State University.
Miss Sollie is the owner of Twinkles – Specialties for Children.
Mr. Casey is the grandson of the late Tyler and Katherine Turner and the late Ervin and Thelma Casey.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Olive Branch High School and received a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Mississippi State University.
Mr. Casey is the golf course superintendent at Windance Country Club in Gulfport.
A reception will be held at Briarwood Country Club following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
