GILBERTOWN, Ala. Services for Dennis Alman Busby will be held today at 2 p.m. at Grace Chapel Assembly of God with the Revs. C.L. Moore and Billy Crowe officiating. Burial will be in Stewart Cemetery with Phillips Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Busby, 89, of Silas, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at Willow Trace Nursing Center in Butler.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Stewart Busby of Silas; three sons, Charles Busby of Souwilpa; and Elmer Busby and James Busby, both of Silas; his daughter, Emma Jean McGuire of Meridian, Miss.; brothers, Jimmy Busby of Quitman, Miss.; and G.W. Busby of Mobile; sisters, Angeline Donald of Chatom; and Vernie Mae Pilot of Mobile; and nine grandchildren.

PHILADELPHIA Services for Ruby Divine will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Old Pearl Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Eugene Dobbs officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with McClain-Hays Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Divine, 82, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at Medical Center at Terrell in Terrell, Texas.
Survivors include her daughters, Diana Divine of Flowood and Betty Gail Divine of Terrell; one grandson, two great-grandchildren; sisters, Hazel Miley, Euna Agent and Dorothy "Nick" Agent, all of Philadelphia and Mattie Lou Todd of Ellisville.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

DEKALB Services for Lue Frances Hudson will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Ridge Baptist Church in DeKalb with the Rev. Bennie Hopkins officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Blackwater Church Cemetery with E.E. McDonald Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hudson, 69, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of DeKalb, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2003, in Cleveland.
Survivors include her children, Betty May Ware and her husband, Omar, of Cleveland, Ohio, Sammy J. Hampton and his wife, Annie, of Daleville; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her mother, Callie Mae Rush of DeKalb; siblings, John Rush, Amos Grant, and Ella Redeemer, all of Cleveland, Marie Odom of Oakland, Calif., Charles Rush and Margaret Hudnall, both of Daleville, Marvin Rush of DeKalb; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two siblings.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
UNION Arrangements were incomplete at Stephens Funeral Home for Charles Fincher Barrier, 71, of Union, who died Friday, Oct. 17, 2003, at Leake Memorial Hospital in Carthage.
Arrangements were incomplete at Stephens Funeral Home for Gerald D. Shelton, 55, of Meridian, who died Friday, Oct. 17, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
