Dale and Joy Smith of Demopolis, Ala., announce the engagement of their daughter, Erica Joy, to Raymond Brittain Gully Jr., son of Raymond B. and Maggie F. Gully of Lynville.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 5, 2004, at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Demopolis.
Miss Smith is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James P. Ellis and the late Sara Marie Ellis of Eutaw, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Smith of Demopolis.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Demopolis Academy and received a degree in cosmetology from Alabama Southern Community College.
Miss Smith is employed by Image Makers of Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Mr. Gully is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. D.P. Fulton of Lynville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gully of DeKalb.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Kemper Academy received a degree in geology from Mississippi State University. Mr. Gully is a musician and songwriter.
Friends and family are invited to attend.
