Mrs. Vernon Francis Stegall, 92, Russellville, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at Burns Nursing Home.

She lived her entire life in Franklin County and was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.

Visitation was Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with funeral service following. Officiating was John McCullar and Andy Cansler. Burial followed in Shady Grove Cemetery, Phil Campbell.

Survivors include, daughter, Jimmie Nell Pinkard and husband, Ken, of Russellville; brother, Tony Frederick, of Eutaw; sisters Faye Stone, of Birmingham, Jean Goodman, of Haleyville, Ann Berry, of Haleyville; grandchildren, Ken Marty Pinkard, Randy Wade Pinkard, Michael Todd Pinkard; great-grandchildren, Josh and Jody Pinkard, Abram Thorn, Jeremy, Olivia, Allie, Katie and Caleb Pinkard; great-great grandchildren, Caylin and Darby Pinkard.

Pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by husband, Ralph Stegall.
