David Franklin Staggs

David Franklin Staggs, 54, of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, June 1, at Russellville Hospital. David had worked for years on the oil wells in Texas. He was a loving and caring person who wanted to help everyone.

When you met David, you became one of his friends.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Josh Staggs; stepdaughters, Tabitha and Ashley; mother, Mary Staggs; sister, Anita Staggs; aunts, Betty Stevenson, Dorothy Simpson; cousins, Allen Guthrie, Dewey Guthrie; and a host of other cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Staggs, Jr; sisters, Darlene Staggs Wilson, Laura May Staggs; nephew, Dakota King; aunts, Rachel Heathcoat, Bessie Searcy; uncles, Charles Staggs, Billy Stagg and Oneal Staggs.

The visitation will be 5-6:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, at Spry Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel with Ric Chambless speaking at the service.
