Christopher Gene Tyra

Christopher Gene Tyra, 44, of Phil Campbell, passed away March 9 at his residence. Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty Jo (Robinson) Tyra, Gerald Tyra, Vernon Sam Aderholt and Lois Jean (Bates) Aderholt.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 17 years, Christi Leigh (Brown) Tyra; children, Eli Bryant Tyra, Trent Michael Tyra, Peyton Mariah Tyra; parents, Ronnie Gene Tyra and Brenda Sue (Aderholt) Tyra; brothers, Noah Lynn Tyra (Kelly), Johnathan Michael Tyra (Megan); sister, Jennifer Sue Tyra Odom; nieces and nephews, Emme Sue Odom, Johnavan Michael Tyra, Brady Lynn Odom, Jalen Michael Tyra, J’Leigh Tyra, Jeremiah Michael Tyra; and a host of friends.
A memorial service for close family only will be held March 14 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Tommy Smith speaking at the service.
