Randy and Tommie Ethridge of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Carol, to Lindsey Lee Breckenridge, son of Marion and Barbara Breckenridge of DeKalb.
The wedding will be Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, at 2:30 p.m. at Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church.
Miss Ethridge is the granddaughter of Margaret Hayes of Meridian and the late Alvin Hayes, Billy Ethridge and Beulah Broadway of Meridian, and the late Rita Love Sims.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and received an associate's degree from Meridian Community College. She earned a bachelor's degree in law, management and marketing from Mississippi State University.
While at MCC and MSU, she was a member of the Baptist Student Union. Miss Ethridge is employed by The Supply Closet.
Mr. Breckenridge is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Breckenridge of Preston, and Georgia Lang of DeKalb and the late Oubre Lang.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Kemper Academy and received an associate's degree from East Mississippi Community College. He earned an associate's degree in nursing from Meridian Community College and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Mr. Breckenridge is employed by Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center and is a member of the U.S. Army Reserve Nurse Corps.
A reception will be held at the church following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
